Profile & author profile

Your account profile is how you appear in the Studio. Your author profile is what shows up on exported title pages.

Endra Studio actually has two separate profiles, and it’s worth knowing the difference.

Account profile

Your display name, avatar, email (read-only, tied to your login), timezone, and a short bio. This is how you appear within the Studio itself, to collaborators, and in your own account settings.

Author profile

A separate set of fields (first name, last name, contact email, phone, and address) used specifically on the title page when you export a manuscript to .docx. If left blank, exports fall back to your account name and email. Fill this in with whatever you’d actually want printed on a submission; it doesn’t have to match your account details.

Where to edit both

Both live under your account settings, in separate sections on the same page.
